TestCrafters offers computer automation right from the start with electronic file transfer.  We use Your CAD files for board layout and placement.  While the probe plates are being precision drilled, the overclamp is being assembled and an inventory has begun for all the required custom parts.  Probes are inserted using a CAD generated layout from Your probe placement file (node list) for absolute error free placement.  Using our semi-automatic, computer aided, wire wrap machine, you will be assured short wire, error free wiring, no matter what the size or complexity of your board.  Then after everything else is done, your fixture is computer checked yet again, using our fully automatic Fixture Verifier.
