Why do I need to send all that stuff?To give you the most accurate Quote possible, we need as much information as possible. Unlike some of our competitors, we preprocess all your data to give you as close to actual counts as possible. Giving us a loaded board for example, (as it will be tested in production) allows us to accommodate high-profile components, or cables and connectors on the bottom. Assembly and Fab details are used as a crosscheck for the Gerbers and CAD data. The Bill of Materials (BOM) provides the components and their values and can be matched to the Schematics.
